The New Mexico Tech Board of Regents generally meets eight times a year, including
a two-day retreat in July or August. Spring semester regularly scheduled meetings
are in January or February, March, April, and May. Fall semester meetings are typically
in September, October, and November.

NEW MEXICO INSTITUTE OF MINING AND TECHNOLOGY BOARD OF REGENTS
The New Mexico Tech (NMT) Board of Regents (Board) will convene for its Regular Board
Meeting and Annual Retreat at the Bradbury Museum located at 1450 Central Ave, Los
Alamos, NM 87544. The Board will meet in the Tech Lab Room at 1:00 pm, Friday July
24, 2026, for the Regular Board Meeting. The NMT Regents may go into closed session
as permitted under NMSA 1978, Section 10-15-1(H) of the New Mexico Open Meetings Act.
On Thursday and on Friday, July 23 and July 24, 2026, beginning at 8:00 am, the NMT
Regents will also meet at the Tech Lab Room for its Annual Retreat. No votes or other
official actions will be taken by the Board at the Annual Retreat.
Members of the public are welcome to attend and listen to the meeting in accordance

Copies of the agenda will be available no less than 72 hours prior to the meeting

The Board of Regents provides an opportunity for public comment during the designated

Public speakers will be recognized by the Chair and may be subject to reasonable time
limits. Comments must remain respectful and relevant to the business of the Board
