The New Mexico Tech Board of Regents generally meets eight times a year, including
a two-day retreat in July or August. Spring semester regularly scheduled meetings
are in January or February, March, April, and May. Fall semester meetings are typically
in September, October, and November.

The New Mexico Tech Board of Regents (the “Board of Regents”) will convene for its
regular meeting on Friday, May 15, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at the NMT Campus, Fidel Ballroom,
801 Leroy Place, Socorro NM 87801. The Board of Regents may go into closed session
pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 10-15-1 (H), if required.
Members of the public are welcome to attend and listen to the meeting in accordance

Public Comment: The Board of Regents may provide an opportunity for public comment during the designated

Public speakers will be recognized by the Chair and may be subject to reasonable time
limits. Comments must remain respectful and relevant to the business of the Board
of Regents.
