Student Organization Conduct Report

NMT's Student Club and Sports Club Conduct Report is designed to help students make informed decisions about joining a student organization at NMT or participating in a student club’s or sports clubs activities. The report is broad in scope and includes the following:

• All violations of the Student Code of Conduct (including hazing as required by H.R.5646 - Stop Campus Hazing Act)
• By any student organization or sport clubs
• Since January 1, 2025 for a period of ten (10) years

The report does not include:

• Any charge for which a student organization was found not responsible.

The university continues to consider the best practices for reporting student organization conduct and will revise the content and format of this report as needed. 

• Prospective members of student clubs or sports clubs who have questions about interpreting information in this report may seek clarification from Dean of Students Office at deanofstudents@npe.nmt.edu

Schedule of Updates

NMT will regularly update the detailed report below before the fall and spring semesters. Each report will note the date of the last update. For ease of use, the information is presented by student organization name, in alphabetical order.
