On-Campus Deposits and Refunds

• On-campus resident halls require a $200 deposit prior to room assignment.
• There is a $400 cancellation fee for cancelling your housing application. This fee is waived if your application is cancelled before June 1 for fall assignments, or December 1 for spring assignments, and you have not moved on campus.
