How to update your profile picture
Email act@nmt.edu with a copy of your ID and an appropriate photo to be uploaded.
How to reset your password
Follow the instructions on the login page to reset your password. The password will be sent to the email that we have on file in Canvas. If you do not receive an email, please send an email to act@nmt.edu with the subject “Password Reset” and provide your name, 900#.
Panorama by YuJa
Panorama can be accessed from within any course in Canvas. It will appear towards the bottom of the list on the left-hand side of any course you teach currently or in the past.
Dropout Detective by AspireEDU
Dropout Detective can be accessed by going to any course you are teaching, looking in the left-hand menu of the course for Dropout Detective, and selecting that option.
Lumina by YuJa
Lumina is our new lecture capture software, which will replace MediaSite for the Fall of 2026. This platform has a lot more in common with our older Panopto platform and should streamline the process for making recorded lectures accessible and open for students.
