We provide the campus with access to the normal Internet as well as several national backbones, including Internet, Internet2 and ESNet. Access is provided from department-provided offices and wireless access nodes throughout campus. These connections are protected from the outside with firewalls and monitoring services and are supported with on-site staff. Local on-site support is also available for all New Mexico Tech-owned equipment. For a list of our current prices, click here.
To obtain network services or a quote for services, please contact the Help Desk (575-835-5700 or firstname.lastname@example.org) and submit a work order. If the work order is for a Network issue, please include your IP address with the work order: this will help us diagnose the problem. If you don’t know your IP address check the instructions below and follow the directions for your specific OS (Windows or Mac).
