I am having trouble with my temporary password
There is an issue with the lower case L (el) and the upper case I (eye) displaying
the same on the website.

The vendor software is broken. We are working with the vendor to provide a workable
SHARP Pen software isn't working
This is a known issue and we are working on it
System Timeouts on Instructor/DE Workstations
This is a known issue. We are working to get the DE and Instructor machines to timeout
after 90 minutes.
PowerPoint slide advancer
Advancers not working in some locations. Investigating possible solutions now.
