Use the above, editable, PDF form to request new access or modify existing accesses for Banner, Argos Reporting, Banner Workflow, BDM (Banner Document Management System), or departmental Microsoft Access reporting systems that use our Banner data. Follow the instructions on page 2 of the form. You will be notified by the system administrator when your new account has been created.
Argos Reporting
The Argos system is being used for Financial reports, HR queries, and reports. Complete the Banner Access Request form linked on this web page to get an Argos user account if applicable. If you are a new Argos user, please watch the brief training video below.
