The NMT TC degree requires an internship with or for a non profit company.  This gives students an opportunity to gather real-world job experience while still an undergraduate student.  Students work a minimum of 160 hours with a mentor. 90% of internships have been paid in the last 12 years.

30 students in the last six years have completed internships at local and nationwide companies.  Some notable companies are: Facebook, Idaho National Labs, NRAO and Sandia National Labs.
