Mountain Springs Apartments

Moutain Spring is designated as Graduate and Family housing.  

Mountain Springs Apartments are located on the corner of Bullock Boulevard and El Camino Real.

Family Housing is located in Building A & C units include one single-occupancy bedroom and one double-occupancy bedroom.  Building B includes two double-occupancy bedrooms for a total of four students per unit.  Units in Buildings A, B & C all include a full kitchen with appliances, a living room, two bathrooms, and outside storage.

Graduates can live in the D and E one-bedroom apartments for single occupancy.  they can also licve with other students in the Buildinga A, B, anc C.   that include a full kitchen.

All units include a full kitchen with appliances, ethernet, utiltites (including internet, electric, water, and trash)

A Community Laundry Room & Lounge with DirectTV-broadcast television is available. Mountain Springs residents are allowed to stay during all University breaks. Maximum capacity for this complex is 85 residents. The physical address for Mountain Springs is 915 El Camino Real. Please note that packages cannot be delivered to your door. They must be delivered to the campus Post Office.
