New Agreement has been signed with PetroVietnam University and Ha Noi University 

Dr.Wells and PVU Representative finalizing agreement

President Wells led a delegation: V.P. Dr. Van Romero, PRRC Director Dr. Bob Balch, Dr. Tan Nguyen, and Mr. Michael Voegerl to Vietnam. We signed new agreements with PetroVietnam University and Ha Noi University of Mining and Geology, as well as laying the groundwork for agreements related to research in petroleum engineering and geology.
