New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology Mechanical Engineering Dept invites you to join us for our Feb, 25th 2022 all day hybrid recruiting event. This event will feature: presentations about the department, available research assistantships, tours of the department, and one-on-one meetings with faculty to discuss research opportunities.

The Mechanical engineering dept at NMT offers PhD, MS, and MEng degrees with specializations in explosives, fluid and thermal sciences, mechatronic systems, and solid mechanics.

All of these graduate programs are offered both inperson through distance education with thesis programs requiring a co-advisor from your employer when taken as a distance education student.
