Vietnamese Newspaper Highlights New Mexico Tech President's Visit

New Mexico Tech President Stephen G. Wells recently visited with leaders from Bien Dong Petroleum Operating Company, including company CEO Dr. Hai Ngo. The university and the firm signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to establish a long-standing relationship related to research and training. A Vietnamese newspaper published a story and photos of the signing ceremony.
