New Mexico Tech professor Sihua Shao of the Electrical Engineering department has been named as a top mentor by New Mexico EPSCOR (Established Program to Stimulate Competitive Research). Recipients are nominated by students and have demonstrated characteristics of exceptional mentors, especially supporting student research and creating diverse and inclusive environments.
