New Mexico Tech doctoral student named Innovator Under 25

Albuquerque Business First has named its cohort of Innovators Under 25 for 2023, and
Tech’s
Brenden Herkenhoff was recognized in the October 13-19, 2023 issue. Brenden is the
CEO of
RadiantAero.
As an undergraduate, Herkenhoff was part of a team that designed a hybrid fixed-wing/aquatic
drone system, and from there, with the tutelage of Dr. Mostafa Hassanalian, he is
now
investigating use of taxidermied bird drones.
