Albuquerque Journal reports on Women In Technology Award winners

Albuquerque Journal reporter Kevin Robinson-Avila wrote a feature article about the 2021 Women in Technology Award winners and online presentation ceremony, which was published in the June 25 edition of the newspaper.
NMT computer science professor Lorie Liebrock (pictured) was among the award winners.
She is also the director of the N.M. Centers of Excellence in Cybersecurity at NMT.
He wrote:
The New Mexico Technology Council gave a hearty shout out to all women to “Be Bold, Be Brave and Be You” during its 13th annual “Women in Technology” awards on June 10.
The annual event, which this year honored seven women for their achievements, aims to encourage all women, especially younger ones, to pursue careers in the fields of science, technology, engineering and math, said Tech Council Executive Director Deborah Breitfeld.
