RAND research report endorses Playas Training and Research Center

Another feather in the cap of NMT’s Playas Training and Research Center: RAND mentions the site favorably in a new research report on the U.S. Air Force.
 
“A vastly interconnected and networked information environment is increasing adversaries’ access to data, analysis, and decision-making, with a potentially magnifying effect on speed, reach, and lethality,” warns RAND in Scaling Non-Kinetic Capability Integration in the Information Age. “Operating deliberately in the information environment and orchestrating the delivery of non-kinetic effects across domains with the proper scale to enable, enhance, and magnify the effects of kinetic operations may be the keys to success in Great Power Competition and conflict.”
