Hands-On | AI Projects

The ISTE (International Society for Technology in Education) has created a listing of interesting activities regarding AI in the classroom. One noticeable activity is learning how different translators use differing types of AI to give you different translations in context. This gives students the chance to see machine learning in action with a real-world problem.

 

Rover Races

In this activity, students learn about communication restrictions with interplanetary rovers by becoming a rover themselves. Teams will attempt to guide a human rover through difficult terrain, and learn about how engineers control robotics efficiently in other-world environments.
