Person Attends UN Workshop on Unconventional Water Resources
November 13 - 15, 2019

The United Nations projects that by 2030, two thirds of the global population will
experience water shortages. The working group and conference explored the feasibility
of developing a wide variety of unconventional sources of freshwater including desalination,
toeing of tabular ice bergs from Antarctica to South Africa, as well as production
of offshore fresh-brackish water sequestered on the continental shelf (Person area
