We are organizing a fundraising event to put on during the Mud Bog, probably making and selling rootbeer floats.

Though I don't think we made any money, we certainly had a good time cooling off some of this year's Mud Bog attendees!

Earth Week: Week of Earth Day, Tues. April 22

We are taking ideas on activities to manage or sponsor for the whole week, so if you have ideas send them to us or bring them to the next meeting (every Monday @ 5:00 pm in the Lavender Lounge)

Some of the ideas already proposed include holding a bike raffle (like last year), selling small plants or trees, organizing an alternative transportation day, and campus tree planting (probably needs approval)

Finally, we want to get out to some of the elementary schools and give some chemistry demonstrations.

Midway Elementary School really enjoyed our chemistry "Magic Show" on Friday, April 4th!
