Information Regarding Transcript Ordering:
New Mexico Tech is pleased to announce that we have partnered with Parchment Send to fulfill transcript orders.
Please CLICK HERE TO ORDER TRANSCRIPTS conveniently and securly through the Parchment website. The NMT Transcript Request Form is no longer required. If you cannot remember your 900 ID number, you can enter 900 to bypass and verification will be done through an alternate form. If you are needing a trancript apostilled, you will need to download and attach this completed form to your transcript order.

eTranscript (with or without attachment) - $6.00
Paper Transcript Pick-Up - $8.00
Paper Transcript Mailed - $8.00 (standard USPS delivery included)
Paper Transcript Mailed with attachment - $8.00 (standard USPS delivery included)
Paper Transcript Mailed Internationally - $10.50
Paper Transcript FedEx Overnight Domestic Delivery - $30.50
Paper Transcript Fed Ex International Priority Delivery - $53.00
Rush Fee - $3.00 (order processed within two business days)
In order for your transcript to be released, you must have a $0.00 balance or a credit balance at New Mexico Tech. Should you have a balance, contact NMT's Student Accounts at email@example.com or by phone at 575.835.5338. Also ask the Student Accounts Office to remove your hold once it has been paid.
Transcript orders are processed on Monday of each week, if you need it sooner please request RUSH processing ($3.00).
