1. Requirements

The TCC knowledge matrix is a database describing which Tech Computer Center employees have which technical skills.

It should be relatively easy for new employees to enter their skills, and also easy for employees to update their skills.
The knowledge matrix should be available in both a printed form and a Web form, and updating both versions should be fully automatic whenever the underlying data is changed.
