Table and Chair Rental Rates

Tables: $4.00 per table

Chairs: $0.40 per chair

Handling Charge (when applicable):

Labor to deliver, setup, pick-up: $23 per man-hour.

Flat-bed truck, if necessary: $95 per day.

ALL RENTAL REQUESTS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY

Tables and chairs are rented to you at a cost of $4.00 per table and $0.40 per chair. If Facilities Management is requested to deliver, set up, and/or pick up (Campus only) the tables and chairs, your Department will be responsible for paying the labor cost associated with moving the tables and chairs. If a table or chair is lost or stolen, you will be responsible for the replacement cost.

*** Table and Chair rental prices are per week. Additional charges will apply upon late returns. Any damaged or lost Tables and Chairs will be charged at the price of $38.12 per Chair and $150.65 per Table.

Tables and chairs MUST be picked up and returned at our Warehouse between the hours of 8:30 am to 11:30 am OR 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm.
