Services Offered

Public Information Office is responsible for maintaining public information. The PIO’s office writes on a variety about a broad area of a campus or University-wide public information program.  Public Information Office establishes and maintains a working relationship with the press and broadcasting media, in order to report and publicize a variety of topics such as:
•    Administrative issues
•    Academic information
•    Technical or scientific achievements
•    Scholastic events
•    General University activities

Additionally, there are other outputs that the office prepares such as:
•    Technical material for release
•    Using judgment as to whether the material is newsworthy and complies with University policy
•    Prepare news releases
•    Magazine articles
