With Fall creeping up on us, it’s time to say goodbye to hot, endless summer days! So let’s keep the light burning as the days get shorter with this beautiful outdoor craft project!

Art Supply ListTiki Torch Bottle
(Look around your home, you might already have some of these items lying around)
Wine Bottle (label removed)
Twine (no specific color)
Glass beads or tile shards (must be flat on one side)
E6000 glue
Pea gravel
1/2 x 3/8 inch copper coupling
Nylon thread seal tape
Funnel
10 inch Tiki wick
Tiki torch fuel (regular or citronella)

Antipasto Bites
½ Cup of extra virgin olive oil

9oz Fresh Tortellini
Kosher Salt
Freshly Ground Pepper
2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
8 1oz Mozzarella balls
½ Tsp Italian Seasoning
4oz Sliced Salami
Roasted Red Pepper, chopped into bite-sized pieces
1 bunch of Fresh Basil
14oz Artichoke Hearts

Melon Prosciutto Skewers
1 Cantaloupe
12 Fresh Basil Leaves
8 1oz Mozzarella Balls
12 Slices of Prosciutto
Balsamic Glaze, for drizzling
½ Cantaloupe, remove seeds

Grilled Corn Salsa
5 ears of Yellow Corn

2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Kosher Salt
1 Avocado
1 cup Quartered Grape Tomatoes
½ cup Red Onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp Sliced Basil
*Dressing*
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

1/3 cup Lime Juice
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 Tsp Crushed red Pepper Flakes
Kosher Salt

2oz Orange Juice
1oz Pinapple Nectar/Juice

Garnish with an Orange Slice & Maraschino Cherry
