
49ers Schedule: "Things That Make You Go 'Mmm'"
SOCORRO, N.M. October 18, 2011 -- The annual homecoming festivities at New Mexico Tech have been set. The events for the 2011 49ers Celebration include activities for alumni, students and community members.
Highlights include Comedy Night on Thursday, Paint The 'M' on Friday morning, the annual rugby match on Friday afternoon, the parade on Saturday morning and tons of fun, family-friendly activities on the Athletic Field all weekend.
As always, the Vigilante Band -- featuring all Tech alumni -- will be playing three nights at the Capital Bar. The band will also be playing a special unplugged set atop 'M' Mountain during the Paint the 'M' run on Friday.
