Conveniently located nearby the Fidel Student Center, South Hall features fully-furnished suite-style rooms. South suites consist of two double-occupancy bedrooms connected by a bathroom which is shared by all four residents of the same gender; one gender-neutral floor is also available. Each room also has its own sink and vanity area. Bedrooms open directly to an outdoor hallway/ balcony. The average room size is 11' 6" by 19' 10". Each bedroom has two Ethernet ports. The building has two laundry rooms, two study lounges, and DirectTV-broadcast television is available in the 1st & 3rd Floor lounges. South Hall hosts multiple Tech Living Learning Communities. Maximum capacity for this complex is 165 residents.
