GENERAL EDUCATION CORE CURRICULUM

The General Education Core Curriculum is a set of classes all Bachelor of Science students at NMT are required to take before graduation.

New Mexico Tech GECC requirements

Many of these can be transferred from other colleges.

Some of the most common New Mexico GECC equivalancies are linked here:

   • Central New Mexico Community College
    Dona Ana Community College
   • Eastern New Mexico University (including branch campuses)
   • Luna Community College
   • New Mexico Highlands University 
   • New Mexico Junior College
   • New Mexico State University (including branch campuses)
   • Northern New Mexico College
   • San Juan College
    Santa Fe Community College
   • University of New Mexico
(including branch campuses)
   • Western New Mexico University
