Cooking with Jane Butel (Wed. 20 Feb, 2013 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm)

Learn the techniques of New Mexican cooking and eat your finished product in this fun and educational four-hour class. Instructor Jane Butel is a world renowned food consultant, cooking school owner, author, and TV personality. Sign up at the Registrar's Office for class LIFE111C-01, CRN 63508. Tuition $40 +$25 Lab Fee. 6 to 9 p.m. at the M Mountain Grill and the Golf Course.

St. Patrick's Catholic Newman Center (Wed. 20 Feb, 2013 7:00 pm)

The Newman Center at New Mexico Tech is a Catholic organization which serves students seeking to grow in their faith. Meetings include fellowship, discussions, and dinner. All are welcome! 7 p.m. at the Newman Center on School of Mines Road.
