More than 300 high school students and their families will visit Tech for this special recruiting event.

9:30 a.m. Check-In – Macey Center
10 a.m. Keynote Address
11 a.m.-2 p.m. Build your own visit:

          *Club Fair

Chemistry Club Meeting (Mon. 18 Feb, 2013 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm)

Please bring ideas for what you want us to do this semester. We will also figure out a schedule for Club Fair on Friday.

Management Department Seminar (Mon. 18 Feb, 2013 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm)

 

Jainfeng Yao is a faculty candidate in the Management Department. His seminar talk is titled "Maternal Employment Type, Maternal Child Care and Child Health in Rural China: Policy and Behavior". 3 p.m. in MSEC 101


Earth Science Seminar (Mon. 18 Feb, 2013 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm)

Dr. Carl Agee of the Institute of Meteoritics at the University of New Mexico, will present a special Earth and Environmental Science Department seminar. He will discuss his research on Mars meteorites, msot notably a new study published in January 2013 in the journal Science Express. Agee is the lead author of a paper examining a Mars meteorite found to have 10 times more water content than any previously studied Mars objects. http://cbsn.ws/Xf2CXS 4 p.m. in MSEC 101.
