Spring Preregistration for Freshmen and Non-Degree Students (Fri. 30 Nov, 2012 6:00 am - 7:00 am)

Freshmen and non-degree students can pre-register for Spring 2013 classes. 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Registrar's office or online beginning at 6 a.m.!

World AIDS Day Bake Sale (Fri. 30 Nov, 2012 10:00 am - 11:04 am)

The  New Mexico Tech Pre-Medical Society, QuASAR, and the Alpha Sigma Kappa Sorority will be sponsoring a World AIDS Day Bake Sale on Friday, November 30, in Fidel from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Proceeds from the bake sale will be donated to the International AIDS Vaccine Initiative [(IAVI) ], a global non-profit, public-private partnership working to accelerate the development of vaccines to prevent HIV infection and AIDS.

Talk on Interpersonal Communication (Fri. 30 Nov, 2012 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm)

The Humanities and Social Sciences department in collaboration with QuASAR is hosting sex educator Matie Fricker for a lecture on communication. Topics including opening communication with strangers, flirting (including when it's too much or no wanted), communicating in a relationship (platonic or otherwise), and consent. The event will have food and be open to everyone, but we ask you attend with an open mind and respect. 6:30 p.m. in Workman 101.
