The supervisory training for January will be focused on the importance of customer service from the employee and supervisory viewpoints. Whether you are in a customer service job as a stepping-stone to something else or plan to stay in a customer service position, customer service is important for your success, the department’s success, and ultimately the success of the organization. The skills inherent in providing good customer service will be assets in any position you choose. This session will help participants to make the most of the powerful role they play in the institute’s success and will present a variety of tips for dealing successfully with a variety of customer interactions.
