W. Paul and Frances N. Winn Scholarship

Professor William Winn of New Mexico Tech established this scholarship in the memory of his father and mother, W. Paul and Frances N. Winn. The scholarship benefits an undergraduate student majoring in physics or electrical engineering and meeting the qualifications for a Presidential Scholarship.
