Rockhound Scholarship

"The New Mexico Tech Rockhound Scholarship was established in September 1981. It is a permanent fund, whose earnings will be used to provide an academic scholarship for a sophomore, junior, or senior Earth Science major who is a New Mexico resident. Award winners will be selected by the Tech Earth Science faculty in conjunction with the Director of Financial Aid. Both financial need and achievement should be considered in making the award.

"The NMAGMS, all rock clubs, all rockhounds, and all other interested in furthering education in the earth sciences are invited and encouraged to donate to the fund."
