Barbara and Cyril J. Perusek Scholarship Fund

Cy was a 1942 graduate in geological engineering. He worked for Phillips Petroleum, who often matched his gifts. They were Grand Marshalls of the 49ers Parade in 1994. Cy and Barbara lived in Midland, Tex. They gave regularly since 1985, and often in large sums. The corpus of their scholarship fund was over $200,000 in Nov. 2000.

Barbara passed away in September 2000, and Cy passed away on Jan. 4, 2001.

Recipients of the Perusek Scholarship must qualify for a Presidential Scholarship.
