Garrett Joe Fund

This fund was established to honor the memory of Garrett Joe, a New Mexico Tech student who was tragically killed in an altercation at a skate park in Socorro.

Garrett Joe was remembered as a friendly and athletic student who loved writing and skateboarding. He won a writing contest to earn a scholarship to New Mexico Tech. He was studying for a bachelor's degree in civil engineering.

The fund is still earning interest and has not yet reached the level to pay for a scholarship.
