Lopez Named Power Broker
by George Zamora SOCORRO – New Mexico Tech President Daniel H. López has been named again as one of the state’s top “power brokers” by New Mexico Business Weekly in its recently published 2007-08 POWER Book. This marks the sixth year in a row the university president has been included in the annual directory of “who’s who” among the state’s education, business and political communities. In particular, López was one of 77 “Power Brokers Alumni” listed in the middle section of the latest POWER Book. The New Mexico Tech President and his fellow “alumni” were lauded by New Mexico Business Weekly for “. . . continuing in their superlative efforts to effect change in New Mexico, now and for the future.” -NMT- |
