An Historic Breakfast
"AN HISTORIC BREAKFAST . . ." Mexican President Vicente Fox
recently paid an historic visit to New Mexico -- the first ever by a
Mexican head of state — and was treated to a breakfast reception
in Santa Fe, which was co-hosted by New Mexico Tech. President Fox took
time after the breakfast to address state legislators and educators,
telling them that Mexico and New Mexico share common concerns, in
addition to a common border, especially a deep concern for offering
quality education to all its citizens. Pictured at the recent breakfast
