Nominations Wanted
STUDENT ASSOCIATION APPRECIATION AWARD
The SA Appreciation Awards are presented by the students to outstanding graduating seniors, faculty
members, and staff members who have positively influenced the students and community of New Mexico Tech.
Nominations for the awards are currently being accepted from students and can be emailed to Lindsay
Hampton, the SA President, at
sa-president@nmt.edu with a brief letter of nomination. The deadline for
nominations is Friday, April 13.
ALUMNI ASSOCIATION
The Alumni Association gives two awards, one for Distinguished Service (to a person
who need not be an alum) and one for Distinguished Achievement (to an alum). To
nominate someone for one of these awards, send an email stating why you think the person deserves the
award to Carol Lynn Tiegs at ctiegs@admin.nmt.edu, or call her
at 1-800-428-TECH, #4.
