Lost Password

The following instructions explain the proper procedures for changing you passwords on the administrative network

The first thing to determine is which password(s) that you have forgotten/lost/:

    * If you are logging into the HP3000 via SESSIONS, then you need to contact your programmer (see below).
    * Otherwise you must be logging in via Windows 2000. If you lost your password,  you must call ISD and have us set up a new temporary password. 835-5700
