We provide the communication infrastructure for the campus, including telephone, fiber optic and cable TV cables, telephone infrastructure, various notification systems and digital paging. We install and maintain both the internal plant (inside buildings) and external plant (between buildings and locations).

Initial Setup
1. On campus: Dial 7999
Off campus: Dial 835-7999
2. Dial the extension number of the voicemail you wish to check and press #.
3. Dial 1 to record your name. [Confirmation Tone]
4. Say your name
5. Dial 1 to re-record your name or dial # to confirm your name.
6. To change your password:
1. Dial 5.
2. Dial 4.
3. Dial your new password. [0 to 15 numbers]
4. Dial # to confirm your new password.
5. Redial your new password.
6. Dial # to confirm your new password. [Confirmation Dialogue]
To check your voice mail
1. On campus: Dial 7999
Off campus: Dial 835-7999
2. Dial the extension number of the voicemail you wish to check and press .
3. You will then be prompted to dial your password. Enter you password and press .
4. Dial 2 to receive your message. You then have the following options:
- Dial 0 to listen to your message
- Dial *3 to delete your message
- Dial 1 to forward your message to another Audix mailbox
- Dial # to skip the message
NOTE: 4 can be dialed at any time to access the help menu for advanced features.
