If you're like most of our new students, this will be the first time you've lived away from your family. This can be both an exciting and challenging time for you. We have many different Residence Hall and Apartment types, styles, cost, amenities and locations for you to choose from!

- Torres Hall--OPENING FALL 2013. The new Steve S. Torres dormitory is on schedule to open this August. Tech's newest student residence will feature fully-furnished double bedrooms with multiple community bathrooms on each floor. Same sex by wing. The average bedroom size is 16’ by 11’ 8”. Each bedroom has two beds, two desk, two chairs and two Ethernet Ports. A large community room is available on the 1st floor for residents and special events. DirectTV-broadcast television will be available on the 1st, 2nd & 3rd floor lounges. Study lounges will be on every floor. A laundry room will be on the 1st floor. This hall will host Tech’s Living Learning Communities on the 1st floor. Maximum capacity for this building is 150 residents.
