The fund benefits New Mexico Tech students in mineral engineering. Contributions may be made by making out a check to New Mexico Tech and writing "Yardley Fund" on the memo line. Alan Gutjahr Fund in memory of Sean HatchSean Hatch, Brown Award winner of 1995 and a Macey Scholar, passed away on Aug. 28, 2009, after a brief illness. Sean regarded Dr. Allan Gutjahr as a mentor and friend. Donations in Sean’s memory may be made to the Alan Gutjahr Fund at New Mexico Tech, which benefits graduate students applying mathematical methods to hydrological problems.
