NMT will not have any plan or rate changes until further notice. The open enrollment period for HCH Administration medical/dental/vision is the month of December with an effective date of January 1, 2012. You can opt to change plans, cancel or adopt a health insurance plan for the first time. The Indemnity Plan is no longer available for new enrollment. If you are not changing plans, you do not need to complete a form. You may come to the Human Resources Department to complete the Enrollment/Election Change form or if you have any questions.
