Mountain Springs Apartments
Student apartments located on the corner of Bullock Boulevard and El Camino Real. Buildings A and C are furnished units that include one single-occupancy bedroom and one double-occupancy bedroom for a total of three students per unit. Building B has furnished units that include two double-occupancy bedrooms for a total of four students per unit. Units in Buildings A, B & C all include a full kitchen with appliances, a living room, two bathrooms, and outside storage. Same gender by apartment. Buildings D and E are one-bedroom unfurnished apartments for single occupancy that include a bathroom and kitchen with appliances. Each individual bedroom in any Mountain Springs unit has at least one Ethernet port. Cable television and laundry facilities are not provided or permitted. There is a laundry mat nearby. Mountain Springs residents are allowed to stay during all college breaks. Maximum capacity for this complex is 83 residents.

- 2 bedrooms with 1 or 2 people per bedroom.
