Fully-furnished suite-style rooms. Tech suites consist of two double bedrooms connected by a bathroom that is shared by four residents of the same gender. Each room also has its own sink and vanity area. Bedrooms open directly to an outdoor hallway/ balcony. The average room size is 11' 6" by 19' 10". A typical bedroom has 2 twin beds, 2 closets, 2 desks, and 2 Ethernet ports. The building has two laundry rooms, two study lounges, and DirectTV-broadcast television is available in the 1st & 3rd Floor lounges. South Hall host Tech’s Living Learning Communities on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Maximum capacity for this hall is 179 residents.
