Owl Bar Run (8:00 am)
Enjoy the breathtaking views and the beautiful spring weather along the Rio Grande as you walk, jog or run the 13 mile course from Tech gymnasium to the Owl Bar in San Antonio, NM. This is a non-competitive event. Participation can be individual or as a group. Participants can leave anytime during the day. Water stations will be placed along the trail at the 4 mile marker, 6, 8, and 10. Once you reach the Owl, the friendly folks inside will give one complimentary non-alcoholic drink of your choice. Transportation back to Socorro is available TWICE; at 12:30 pm and at 6:30 pm. The Tech Physical Recreation Department will have Owl Bar Run t-shirts free for participants or $5.00 for non-participants. Maps can be picked up at the gym.

Eight Pieces Of Brocade Qigong Set (10:00 am)

10 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., Lawn near Brown Hall.  Master Dug Corpolongo teaches the Ba Duan Jin Qigong, one of the most popular, historically significant qigong forms in China. Da Lu And Combat Applications (2:00 pm)
