Training Topic: Customer Service Skills & Telephone Courtesy
Date: Thursday, September 21st
Time: 10 a.m. to noon
Location: Skeen Library, Tripp Room
Whether you plan a life-long career in customer service or view your present job as a stepping-stone to something else, the skills inherent in providing good customer service will be assets in any field you choose. This course will help participants to make the most of the powerful role they play in their company's success and will present a variety of tips for successful customer interactions.
The course objective is to add new and effective customer service skills and strengthen current skills and processes.
