The modern complex has laundry facilities, study lounges, landscaped courtyards, and 24-hour security. The 4-bedroom/2-bath and 2-bedroom/1-bath apartments are fully furnished and include a kitchen and a living room. Residents are not required to purchase a meal plan, since there is a community kitchen. Utilities are free, and every room has cable TV access and local phone service. Furthermore, residents are not required to move out during semester breaks. The average bedroom size is 10' X 10' .
