Martin Speare

This building with the unique octagonal design was built in the late 1960s as the Tech Library. It was named after Martin Speare. a longtime language instructor and librarian at the School of Mines. Today it houses the Department of Management, the Computer Science Department, and the Tech Computer Center (TCC). The TCC provides computer access to students, faculty, and staff with workstations running Sun, Linux, and Windows operating systems.
