Mountain Springs Apartments

Student apartments located on the corner of Bullock Boulevard and El Camino Real. Building A units are furnished apartments that include one single-occupancy bedroom and one double-occupancy bedroom for a total of three students per unit. Building B has furnished units that include two double-occupancy bedrooms for a total of four students per unit. Building C units are furnished apartments that include one single-occupancy bedroom and one MSA super single-occupancy bedroom for a total of two students per unit. Units in Buildings A, B & C all include a full kitchen with appliances, a living room, two bathrooms, and outside storage. Same gender by apartment. Buildings D and E are one-bedroom unfurnished apartments for single occupancy that include a bathroom and kitchen with appliances. Each individual bedroom in any Mountain Springs unit has at least one Ethernet port. Neither washers, driers, nor satellite/cable TV reception are permitted in individual apartments. A Community Laundry Room & Lounge with DirectTV-broadcast television is available. Mountain Springs residents are allowed to stay during all University breaks. Maximum capacity for this complex is 85 residents. The physical address for Mountain Springs is 915 El Camino Real. Please note that packages cannot be delivered to your door. They must be delivered to the campus Post Office.
